Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Only products that are damaged in shipment, or are defective, are eligible for authorization to be returned. Procedures for resolving this issue of a damaged product varies with the product. Please read our guidelines carefully.

 ORIGINAL ART:

 All shipments of original products are insured. If a box is significantly damaged by the carrier, refuse the package. Contact our Customer Service Department immediately for further instructions. If the product is found to be damaged after opened, save the box and packing materials, and photograph the damage. Within 15 days of receiving the product, send the photo by email or by post to our Customer Service Department. You must contact our Customer Service Department for instructions and authorization before returning the damaged product. If a product is determined to be damaged, you have a choice of replacing it with a similar, or different item of the same value, or receiving a refund. If you choose to have your money refunded, you will receive your refund within four weeks.

 REPRODUCTIONS:

 If a box is significantly damaged by the carrier, refuse the package. Contact our Customer Service Department immediately for further instructions. The carrier will return the damaged box to us. You will be notified when we receive the package. A replacement item will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of the damaged product.

 If an item is found to be damaged after opening the box, save the box and packing materials, and photograph the damage. Within 15 days of receiving the product, send the photo by email or by post to our Customer Service Department. You must contact our Customer Service Department for instructions and authorization before returning the damaged product. Arrangements for a new shipment will be made after you contact our Customer Service Department.

In the case of signed and numbered prints, replacement will be provided as availability permits. If the same print is unavailable, you may choose another print of the same value, or a refund will be issued.

Shipping

Initial shipping is
FREE on all products in our store. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may vary.

Most items will ship within 7-10 days unless otherwise noted on the product page or if you are notified by our Customer Service Department.
